My name is Stacy Drenckhahn.
Crafting is a slippery slope, one thing does lead to another. In 1999 I started making beeswax candles that led to milk soaps, bath products and along onto beaded jewelry, then PMC silver where I became a Certified PMC Instructor.  Having kilns available, I then learned about Raku pottery, glass fusing and hot glass bead making.
One of my favorite things is to share whimsy in a sometimes far too serious world. Even though after 6 years my Main Street shop has now closed, I have moved everything to my home studio where there is more time to create, participate in shows and perhaps with luck, continue to grow as an artist.  Supplies to help encourage fiber artistry will also be available on the BeeLighted Etsy store as they are unpacked from the move.  Peace & Fiber Love!
As soon as I stepped into a fiber shop, where there were balls of Merino top, shelves full of batts, ribbons, bags of locks, fleece along with felting supplies I was in love and had to have it all! After taking classes in needle, wet & nuno felting, dyeing and playing with knitting and crochet. I knew what made me happiest and haven't looked back.
